'Graze' is a way of having healthy snacks delivered to you.
'Graze Box' is delivered to you and comes as a small flat cardboard box (it fits through the letterbox so it is convenient for employees, or workers to enjoy it) which is split into four sections. Each section has a small plastic container filled with a different snack. You also get a little booklet which contains information about each snack including nutrional info such as calories, fat, carbs, etc. You also get other facts in there and normally something else such as vouchers to give your friends which entitle them to a free box.
